Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist located in Bharuch. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing reception duties, assisting with clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties such as greeting clients and scheduling appointments
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and managing administrative tasks
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a welcoming environment
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
