This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef, located in Goa, India. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, managing inventory and supplies, and developing new recipes. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for training junior chefs and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
