The role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, standardizing recipes, supervising kitchen staff, and supporting training initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of South Indian vegetarian cuisine and strong organizational and leadership skills.
