Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for Sous Chef to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring minimal waste and optimal freshness.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and presentation standards.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of orders and resolving any issues that arise.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in an upscale hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of presentation and taste.
