Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Gurugram. The Sous Chef will be responsible as the head chef, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food service. Daily tasks include meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, overseeing kitchen staff, and contributing to menu creation. The Sous Chef will also ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years of experience in cloud kitchen-Bakery.
• Must have team handeliing experience.
• Culinary skills: Expertise in baking, cooking, and food preparation
• Management skills: Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations
• Quality control: Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Creativity: Ability to contribute to menu development and introduce new recipes
• Teamwork skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Relevant experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Educational qualification: Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Salary

Range between 8-10 Lacs per annum + Company Benefits.
