This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Port Blair. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, supervising kitchen staff, and contributing to menu planning.
