Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and counters.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages.
• Handle guest orders with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering coffee supplies and consumables.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policy.
• Upsell beverages and snacks to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant.
• Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
