About the Role

We are hiring Sourcing/Procurement Managers (Steel)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing & procurement of steel raw materials (HRC, CRC, TMT, plates, pipes, MS rounds).
• Manage MSME procurement enquiries and ensure seamless conversions.
• Handle strong monthly enquiry/customer volumes and build supplier relationships.
• Negotiate with vendors on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure

  OTIF/JIT

  deliveries and optimize cost, credit, and logistics levers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to make informed decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes for efficiency and savings.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience

  in procurement/sourcing, with

  steel category exposure mandatory

  .
• Proven track record of handling

  MSME steel enquiries

  and customer turnover profiles.
• Hands-on experience with raw materials such as HRC, CRC, TMT, plates, pipes, MS rounds.
• Strong skills in supplier/vendor management and techno-commercial negotiations.
• Graduate/BE (Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy) preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Strong communication and regional language proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint; SAP/ERP knowledge desirable.
