Job Description

Job Summary:

Sourcing Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sourcing Executives.
Develop and expand the channel partner/broker network in
KDMC
and
Navi Mumbai
.
Generate qualified leads for the sales & closing team.
Conduct daily team meetings, field visits, and performance reviews.
Identify new micro-markets, active brokers, and potential sourcing pockets.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.
Track daily sourcing activities and ensure achievement of weekly/monthly lead targets.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams for a smooth flow of information.
Prepare MIS reports, sourcing dashboards, and daily updates.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
KDMC
and
Navi Mumbai
real estate markets.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong team-handling and people management ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field activities.
Ability to onboard new channel partners and activate inactive networks.

Requirements:

6-10 years of real estate sourcing experience required.
1+ years of experience in team handling preferred.
Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
