Are you a people person? Do you know what it takes to identify best talents and bring them on board? Were looking for someone like that to help us: advise on recruitment strategy for our global stakeholders and ensure the highest standards of recruitment advisory are being met building long term relationships with candidates use multiple sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify high-quality candidates build and maintain talent pools make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience stay ahead of market trends to advise sourcing decisions create and implement a global talent mapping strategy, identifying critical roles, skill gaps, and emerging markets you are required to work in the US time zone You will be part of the Global sourcing team, working within the professionals based in Poland, UK, Switzerland and USA. Our team partners with a wide range of business groups globally to further enhance their people agenda. Were problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by identifying the right candidates within the right timeframes. the ability to work in a fast paced environment digital mindset passionate about Human Resources an excellent negotiation and communication skills client focused and solution orientated fluent English experience in recruiting / sourcing would be a strong asset willing to work in US time zone
