HR Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen profiles and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of sourcing or recruitment experience.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Must be based in or willing to commute from
Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, or Kurla
.
