Sourcing Specialist

You are a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Executive responsible for managing the purchasing of goods and services essential for the operations of the company. Your primary goal is to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining high quality and meeting delivery timelines. Your key duties include identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, preparing purchase orders, monitoring delivery timelines, conducting cost analysis, negotiating pricing/contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate procurement records and reports, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategy. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in procurement. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.
