Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview: As a Sourcing Specialist at our company located in Sector 65, Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in partnering with hiring managers to meet resourcing requirements and workforce planning needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment lifecycle, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Your role will also involve maintaining recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports to track progress and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and workforce planning needs. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management. - Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements. - Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required. - Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports to track progress and KPIs. - Ensure compliance with company policies, diversity goals, and applicable labor laws. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. - Continuously analyze recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in sourcing/talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy). - Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels. - Familiarity with current recruitment trends, employer branding, and market mapping.
