Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Use a variety of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage passive talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles.
• Craft compelling outreach messages and manage candidate engagement through initial stages of the recruitment funnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Screen and qualify candidates to assess fit before handing off to recruiters.
• Track sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, pipeline health, time-to-source) and provide regular reporting.
• Stay informed of market trends, talent movement, and competitive intelligence in key talent areas.
• Promote employer brand through candidate interactions and sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
• Interest in recruitment, human resources, or talent management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
