Sourcing Sales
Location

Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

Sales
- Ensure achievement of sales as per plan (AOP/quarterly/monthly targets).
- Close sales deals with customers.
- Propose schemes to reduce slow moving inventory and facilitate fast movement of inventory.
- Evaluate partner performance and monitor channel sales.
Lead Generation
- Interact with brokers and channel partners to generate and mobilize more footfalls.
- Engage continuously with channel partners (brokers) to generate leads and customers.
- Propose schemes for channel partners/customers to generate footfalls.
- Work on increasing the network of channel partners outside Mumbai.
- Guide and train partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
Sales Reporting & Inventory Management
- Manage and allocate inventory to channel partners as per their clients' preferences.
- Send weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS on channel partners managed as per agreed timelines.
- Prepare reports as required by region/head office for decision making.
Customer Centricity
- Ensure team responds to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines.
- Respond to complex or difficult customer queries sent on mail.
- Ensure all documents related to every customer are properly maintained.
Process Improvement
- Identify processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement.
- Recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency, costs, and productivity.
- Undertake process improvement activities in own work area.
People Management and Development
- Identify self-development needs.
- Take concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, and projects.
