Overview:

Sourcing & Production Planning Manager​

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with factories, vendors, and material suppliers across footwear and apparel categories.
• Oversee the complete sourcing lifecycle, from sample development and costing to production and delivery.
• Partner closely with design and development teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and timelines are met.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure material sourcing aligns with Ludic’s design intent, comfort benchmarks, and sustainability goals.
• Track production schedules and proactively resolve issues related to quality, delays, or capacity.
• Stay up to date with emerging materials, manufacturing innovations, and regional supplier capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5 years of sourcing experience

  in the

  footwear and/or apparel

  industry.
• Deep understanding of product development, from design sketches to final delivery.
• Proven record of successful vendor negotiations and long-term factory partnerships.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• A detail-obsessed problem solver who honors timelines and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel for factory visits, quality checks, and supplier meetings when required.
