Customer Experience Executive

Responsibilities:

• Connecting with Customers:

  Handle queries and conversations through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media (like Meta). Whether it's a quick question or a complex issue, you'll make sure every customer feels supported.

• Listening & Learning:

  Gather feedback from customers — reviews, ratings, suggestions — and help turn those insights into action that improves the customer experience.

• Being Empathetic & Supportive:

  You’ll meet customers where they are, especially when they’re frustrated or confused. Your calm, patient approach will help turn difficult situations into positive ones.

• Keeping Customers at the Heart of It All:

  You believe that happy customers are at the core of a successful brand. You'll uphold our promise of fast, thoughtful responses and help meet or exceed expectations.

• Working with the Team:

  You'll collaborate with other teams to share feedback and brainstorm new ways to make our service even better.

Requirements:

• Experience that Counts:

  At least 2 years of experience leading or being part of a customer service team. If you've helped coach others or taken initiative in improving customer experiences, even better.

• All-Rounder in Customer Service:

  You're comfortable handling a variety of customer service tasks — from emails and chats to analyzing feedback and spotting trends.

• Strong Communicator:

  You write clearly, speak confidently, and connect with people easily. You can keep things professional while still being warm and human.

• Language Skills:

  You're fluent in both English and Hindi, and can comfortably switch between the two depending on the customer.
