You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and equipment used in manufacturing lm capacitors. Your key tasks will include negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards. You will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Additionally, conducting supplier audits and assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement will be part of your role. In this position, you will implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance supply chain efficiency. It will be essential to analyze market trends and identify potential risks to the supply chain. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the Dispatch process for finished lm capacitors, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products to customers as per orders and delivery schedules. Your responsibilities will also include preparing shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Coordinating with logistics providers for transportation arrangements and delivery, as well as tracking shipments and resolving any shipping issues or delays will be crucial. Maintaining inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels will be part of your daily tasks. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and logistics, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry, is required. Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Proficiency in using purchasing software, ERP systems, and transportation management tools is expected. Knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, lm capacitor manufacturing processes, and raw materials is necessary. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronic components, as well as the ability to evaluate supplier capabilities and assess product quality, are key qualifications. Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, supplier development, performance management, and logistics planning is advantageous. Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a performance bonus available.
