Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Crewing Officer to manage the recruitment and coordination of merchant navy personnel across all ranks, including officers and senior positions. The primary focus will be on hiring the maximum number of qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Recruit and hire merchant navy professionals for all ranks, ensuring optimal vessel staffing.Verify the validity of crew documents, certifications, and medical fitness records.Coordinate medical examinations, visa processing, and other pre-joining formalities.Prepare and maintain crew planners and ready crew lists for seamless operations.Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.Maintain effective communication with crew members regarding assignments and requirements.
Requirements:
