Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a new channel partner network:

You're not just finding leads; you're building a network of people or companies (channel partners, brokers) who will, in turn, sell the company's real estate projects. This involves identifying potential partners, establishing a working relationship, and ensuring they are motivated and equipped to sell your products.
  • Source leads through offline and online activities:

    The manager is responsible for both traditional and digital lead generation. Offline activities could include fieldwork, networking events, or on-site visits, while online activities might involve using digital platforms, social media, or other web-based tools to find potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns:
