Sourcing Executive

We’re Hiring – Sourcing Executive (Pharma – Finished Dosage Forms)

Location: Pune
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Relevant degree

RTM Healthcare Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive with experience in Finished Dosage Forms (FDF) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify reliable manufacturers of FDF (tablets, capsules, syrups, injectables)
• Understand customer requirements and match with suitable manufacturing partners
• Request & evaluate commercial offers, product dossiers, and regulatory documentation
• Coordinate for samples, quotations, COAs, MOAs, stability data & pricing
• Negotiate terms with manufacturers (pricing, MOQ, lead time, payments)
• Maintain & manage vendor database for FDF sourcing
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory & BD teams for technical due diligence
• Ensure GMP/WHO-GMP standards with complete documentation support
• Track market trends & emerging suppliers across therapy areas

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of formulations, dosage forms & regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with pharma sourcing platforms
• Excellent vendor negotiation & communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook & documentation handling
• Ability to interpret pharma regulatory docs (COPP, CTD/ACTD, COA, etc.)

Preferred Background

• 1–3 years in formulation sourcing for regulated/semi-regulated markets
• Exposure to therapeutic areas: Ortho, Cardio, Gastro, CNS, General Medicines
• Hands-on experience with third-party manufacturers / CMOs
