Certification courses in Supply Chain area Experience Minimum: 03 years Max: 06years Age Limit Minimum: 25years Max: 30 years Job Role Responsibilities Role: Manage Sourcing, Development and supplies of EV Components Responsibilities: Prepare Bidder s List, Sourcing schedule issue RFQs / SORs to vendors. Sourcing Strategy preparation explanation to get approval Preparation of LOIs with requisite details and getting approval Giving Commercial Dev Go-aheads to business partners To monitor ensure smooth Development Delivery of components as per project timelines. Identification of global / local vendors for introduction of new technologies to create stiff competition to get aggressive cost. Seamless coordination with vendors sub vendors to anticipate any issues taking pro-active measures. Interact with different agencies within company and with parent company. Strong follow-up and tracking of all activities related to production supply. Competencies Technical/ Functional : Good understanding and development know-how of various electrical-electronic components, EV exclusive components and Semiconductor usage in automotive Knowledge of Manufacturing process, plant functioning logistics Data driven approach- analyze and propose strategies. Strategic thinker to analyze and propose short-term and long-term solutions Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach Proficiency in using MS Office [MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.] Thorough understanding of balance sheets and costing Behavioral: Excellent communication presentation skills Strong negotiations skills Perseverance in case of tough challenges to find alternate ways strategies. Ability to work within stringent timelines Good Project Management Capability Good interpersonal skills team player Flexibility and never give-up approach Networking skills for vendor upgradation activities Desirable Know-how of design development of Electrical-electronics parts Worked on EV components sourcing, development supplies Automotive background, preferably Indian / Global OEM or reputed Tier-1
