Leads a team of Replenishers and Volume Management Specialists to ensure end-to-end supply chain effectiveness, team performance, and alignment with global functional goals. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, employee development, and operational issue resolution within a matrixed organization.
What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Replenishers and Volume Management Specialists.
- Drive team performance, engagement, and competency development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
- Conduct PADP reviews and support succession planning to identify and grow future leaders.
- Foster a high-performance culture and monitor team morale to ensure sustained motivation and professionalism.
- Ensure end-to-end effectiveness of S&OP processes aligned with global strategy and business priorities.
- Oversee operational activities including cost management, headcount planning, SSHE compliance, and business continuity readiness.
- Execute strategic planning and performance management to meet service and efficiency goals.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved operational issues and system/process gaps.
- Drive quick and effective problem-solving to maintain continuity and minimize disruptions.
- Strategic Alignment & Representation
- Collaborate with global S&OP managers and supply chain functions (GCS, L&D, S&O) to ensure alignment across regions.
- Represent S&OP in local leadership forums and cross-functional strategic discussions.
- Align local operational plans with global goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate across supply chain, customer service, and functional teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Facilitate best practice sharing across regional operational hubs and global teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Influence and maintain alignment across global S&OP teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure readiness for emergency response and business continuity planning.
- Monitor and manage compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelors in SCM/Business/Engineering
- MBA preferred
