Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads for IVR Solutions’ SaaS platform.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and explain the ROI of automation to clients.
• Understand client needs (e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, ISP, education) and suggest the right IVR automation package.
• Follow up with inbound leads from digital ads, calls, and website forms.
• Maintain client records and sales activities using our in-house CRM.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to improve lead quality and client experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  1–3 years in B2B software/SaaS or telephony/CRM sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Skills:

• Strong communication & persuasion skills (English & Hindi).
• Ability to conduct online demos confidently.
• Understanding of sales funnels, follow-ups, and CRM systems.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn IVR, WhatsApp, and AI automation products.

• Attitude:

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to hustle.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving orientation.

Compensation

• Base Salary:

  ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Incentives:

  Commission on every deal closed (uncapped earnings)
