Solutions Consultant - Travel

The Solutions Consultant - Travel role as a Senior Manager requires strong domain knowledge in Travel, Logistics, Airline, or Hospitality to identify market needs and create thought leadership content and frameworks that support decision-making. The individual will be responsible for delivering analysis and insights to clients through written reports, research-informed consulting, client inquiries, speaking engagements, and other deliverables. An operations or delivery background in the TTH industry would be advantageous. Key responsibilities include actively participating in the sales cycle, solving problem statements, delivering effective presentations to large and small audiences, collaborating with senior executives, developing research agendas, and working with clients and internal teams to address strategic business services and technology-related challenges. This role is an individual contributor position that necessitates self-drive, ownership, a hands-on approach, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, proactive behavior, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and work experience: - Graduate with 8-10 years of work experience, including experience in the travel industry delivery or operations, and a mix of international BPO and/or consulting environment in the travel domain. - At least 3+ years in solutions roles handling RFPs, RFXs, and Bid Management. - Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills, along with strong presentation creation skills. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Visio, and PowerPoint. Desired qualifications include an MBA from a reputed business school, certification in proposal writing skills, and experience in operations management or transitions in a BPM environment. Preferred soft skills encompass excellent program management abilities, working under deadlines, multitasking, and handling pressure. The Solutions Consultant should have relevant experience in the travel, airport/airlines domain, and platforms/tools, supporting leadership in business development, developing best-in-class solutions and proposals, providing industry best practices, understanding key SLAs and benchmarks, demonstrating strong consulting and technology acumen, offering analytical insights, producing high-quality reports and assets, engaging with clients effectively, and having market intelligence in the travel and hospitality sector. The individual is expected to be a subject matter expert, propose best-in-class solutions, possess tools and platform knowledge relevant to the travel industry, be open to consulting assignments, willing to travel to client sites, collaborate with clients and transformation teams, drive improvement projects, and work full-time in a rotational shift schedule at the specified locations.,
