Role Overview:

Solution Architect

The Solution Architect acts as a bridge between IT and business operations, delivering solutions that effectively address business challenges. This role emphasizes continuous feedback, problem-solving, and iterative design to create scalable and robust solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brainstorming and design sessions to address complex business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities where IT can enhance business capabilities and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop IT strategies and improve existing implementations.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to build scalable solutions and products.
  • Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to define and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Shape solution options and influence strategic direction to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Develop solution designs and technical documentation in accordance with architectural standards.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, infrastructure, service, delivery, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business areas and organizational interdependencies.
  • Build strong relationships with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and IT Delivery teams to influence technical decisions.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of emerging technologies within teams and business units.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Solution Architecture team.
  • Mentor team members, provide skills transfer, and encourage knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver Initial Technical Design Assessments and High-Level Designs, securing approvals from all relevant stakeholders.

  • Strong technical literacy with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, motivation, and people management.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of delivering projects on schedule.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience is mandatory.
