Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives
• Create

  solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration plans

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Act as a

  trusted advisor

  , providing technical guidance and recommendations
• Present solutions, technical designs, and architecture to CXO and senior client stakeholders

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with

  development, QA, DevOps, and product teams

  to ensure proper implementation
• Mentor and guide technical teams on architecture standards and best practices
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain solution quality

Innovation & Research

• Stay updated with

  emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends

• Propose innovative solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and business outcomes
• Evaluate vendor solutions and third-party integrations for enterprise adoption

Governance & Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive

  documentation of architecture, standards, and processes

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in architecture review boards and technology governance meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 7–12 years of experience in

  solution architecture, software design, or enterprise IT consulting

• Proven experience in

  designing complex IT solutions for enterprise clients

• Strong knowledge of

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience engaging with

  CXO-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  IT services, GCC projects, or global enterprise solutions

• Knowledge of

  security standards, compliance frameworks, and DevOps practices

• Certifications like

  TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Architect
