Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Solution Specialist Retail (Individual Contributor)

Acquire and onboard merchants to expand the POS & digital payments network.
Conduct daily market visits to meet retailers and build long-term relationships.
Sell POS/EDC devices, QR solutions, billing, analytics, and working capital products.
Identify prospects, pitch solutions, handle objections, and close deals independently.
Ensure accurate KYC, documentation, compliance, and onboarding processes.
Track market trends, competitor products, and share insights with the team.

Preferred candidate profile:

2 to 6 years of strong field sales experience
