Job Purpose

dynamic, influential, outbound inside sales professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a

    high volume of daily outbound calls

    to qualified U.S. and Canadian SMB prospects.
  • Meet and exceed

    new customer acquisition, bookings, and revenue KPIs

    .
  • Engage prospects as a

    trusted logistics advisor

    , understanding their needs and recommending suitable freight forwarding/sourcing solutions.
  • Guide customers through the use of the company’s digital logistics platform.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and activity logs in

    CRM systems

    .
  • Provide insights from customer interactions to enhance processes and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years

    inside sales experience, preferably selling to

    North American SMBs

    .
  • Strong experience in

    high-volume outbound calling

    , consultative selling, and value-based solution selling.
  • Background in

    SaaS

    , logistics, freight forwarding, or eCommerce preferred.
  • Exceptional English communication skills

    — both verbal & written (American/British accent preferred).

  • High sense of urgency, resilience, and solution-oriented approach.

Shift & Transport Policy
