Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solution Principal based in Hyderabad. The Solution Principal will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, tailor HighRadius solutions to meet client needs, and ensure successful implementation and business outcomes. Responsibilities include engaging in pre-sales activities, conducting solution workshops, developing proof-of-concept demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results and support strategic goals. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving innovation and maximizing solution value.

Qualifications

• Expertise in solution design, business process analysis, and requirement gathering
• Experience in implementing software solutions, system integration, and proof-of-concept delivery
• Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, AI, and process automation technologies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
• Experience in the finance or accounting domain is a significant advantage
