Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Solution Principal. The Solution Principal will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of innovative finance solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise solutions that drive business outcomes. Daily tasks include client engagement, requirement analysis, project management, and ensuring the seamless integration of HighRadius products into clients’ financial operations. What You'll Do: As a Solution Principal, you'll be a key driver of our growth in North America and EMEA. This is an Individual Contributor Role where you'll: Collaborate with marketing to influence lead generation. Develop and execute comprehensive opportunity plans with Account Executives. Strategise unique deal movements to clearly establish HighRadius' value proposition. Take ownership of sales targets and consistently exceed them. Understand customer businesses to identify automation opportunities. Build compelling ROI and business case models. Demonstrate our product's value proposition effectively against competitors. Develop long-term account strategies and roadmaps. Interface with product, engineering, consulting, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction. What You'll Need: 3.5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Sales, Pre-sales, Solution Selling, Technical Sales, or Consulting, preferably in a closing/quota-bearing role. A passion for Enterprise and SaaS sales, with a knack for technology and engaging in business and IT conversations. Natural flair for conversations, collaboration, and networking. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Zeal to ideate, learn, and execute strategies to drive deals forward. Sound understanding of the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle model and consultative selling to CXOs. MBA preferred, but graduates with relevant work experience (3.5+ years) are encouraged to apply.
