DevOps / Release Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  environment provisioning, configuration, and release orchestration

  across dev, QA, staging, and production.
• Define and implement

  environment strategies

  , ensuring consistency, isolation, and reliability.
• Integrate

  release pipelines

  with configuration management, secrets management, and feature flags.
• Automate

  environment setup, teardown, versioning

  , and rollback procedures.
• Monitor and

  prevent environment drift

  , maintaining alignment with intended configurations.
• Collaborate closely with

  development, infrastructure, and operations teams

  to ensure smooth and predictable releases.
• Establish

  best practices for CI/CD, deployment automation, and environment management

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in

  DevOps, release management, or platform engineering

  roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Helm, Kubernetes

  , and

  environment configuration management

  .
• Experience with

  Databricks or other big data / analytics platforms

  .
• Proficient in

  automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipeline integration

  .
• Expertise in

  configuration management, environment isolation, and rollback strategies

  .
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with

  cloud-native environments

  (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with

  feature flag management, secret management, and observability tools

• Experience in

  large-scale, multi-region, or hybrid deployments
