Solution Consultant

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, current pain points, and objectives.
• Design scalable and sustainable solutions tailored to client-specific environments.
• Develop detailed solution design documents including technical architecture, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.
• Implementation & Delivery:
• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that solution components are developed and delivered according to plan.
• Provide hands-on support during configuration, integration, testing, and rollout phases.
• Client Engagement & Consultation:
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during the solution design and implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations to articulate solution value and approach.
• Train client teams on system functionality and usage post-deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure a consistent understanding of solution requirements.
• Translate business goals into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate existing client processes and identify opportunities for optimization or automation.
• Gather client feedback post-implementation to drive iterative improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 15 years of experience in solution consulting, implementation, or business analysis roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions across various domains.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, data modeling, and cloud-based platforms (preferred).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or relevant vendor certifications
