Solution Consultant - VARICENT

Role Responsibilities Act as a primary consultant for clients utilizing Varicent software. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Conduct software demonstrations and presentations for clients. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans for implementation. Engage in requirements gathering and documentation. Provide training sessions for clients to maximize software usage. Analyze existing client processes and recommend improvements. Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements. Prepare detailed reports on project progress and outcomes. Develop strong client relationships through trust and transparency. Participate in regular team meetings and project reviews. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the consulting team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in a consulting role, preferably in software implementation. Strong knowledge of Varicent or similar software solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience in client-facing roles with strong customer service skills. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to travel for client visits when necessary. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and priorities. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
