Solution Architect - Supply Chain

As a Solution Architect at EFESO Management Consultants, you will play a key role in advising clients on supply chain business transformation and digitalization. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between Business and IT to shape the best business solutions and define requirements for clients" digitalization journey. Your involvement will span the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition to end-to-end delivery, ensuring strong customer interaction and building long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, combining technical, supply chain, overall business, and leadership perspectives to make decisions based on the "best solution" rather than personal ego. Your ability to inspire customers daily will be crucial for achieving our collective goals. To excel in this role, you should have 6-12 years of relevant work experience and a track record of managing the end-to-end implementation of Advanced Planning Systems such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis as an experienced Functional Consultant/Solution Architect. Your expertise should include deploying Advanced Planning Solutions, determining business requirements, making solution and process design decisions, prescribing best practices, and delivering value through large-scale enterprise implementations. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across locations and time zones will be essential, along with a deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts and technical proficiency in software systems and data structures. Your affinity for new technologies, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to adapt to German/European time zones will further contribute to your success in this role.
