Solution Architect - Supply Chain

As a Solution Architect for the Supply Chain Portfolio at McCain Foods, your role involves developing a direction for managing the portfolio of to-be solutions which includes systems, shared infrastructure services, and shared application services. Your primary focus will be on architecting and implementing sophisticated solutions to enhance the supply chain planning and execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business drivers and capabilities to design enterprise system solutions that align with business outcomes. - Own and maintain the integrated solution architecture for supply chain systems, ensuring consistency across applications. - Lead the technology roadmap by staying updated with advancements in supply chain management and recommending innovative solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and provide consulting support to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. - Monitor the current-state solution portfolio, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements using emerging technologies. - Develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio in line with the solutions architecture. - Consult with development projects to align systems with architecture and modify projects if necessary. Key Qualifications & Experiences: - 15+ years of experience designing architecture solutions in supply chain, preferably with Blue Yonder. - Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. - Proven track record as a Solution Architect in supply chain management. - Profound knowledge of supply chain processes such as procurement, logistics, and transportation. - Ability to comprehend new technologies quickly and generate technical roadmaps. - Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is an asset.
