Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

10+ years in
payments/financial services technology
with at least 5 years in acquiring solutions.
Strong knowledge of
merchant acquiring, POS, eCommerce acquiring, ISO management, scheme settlement, and disputes/chargebacks
.
Familiarity with
switches, gateways, APIs, HSM, ISO 8583/20022 messaging
, and card scheme specifications.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with
enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman)
.
Expertise in
microservices, API-first architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
.
Proficiency in
databases (SQL/NoSQL), middleware, security frameworks, and monitoring tools
.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in vendor evaluation, RFPs, and solution selection.
