About the Role

senior Solution Architect

greenfield architecture role

architecture-first

Key Responsibilities
  • Design

    end-to-end architecture

    for an enterprise PACS platform
  • Define core system components, including:
  • Medical image ingestion, storage, retrieval, and routing
  • Diagnostic-grade viewing workflows
  • Modality worklists, scheduling, and hospital system integrations
  • Role-based access control, audit logs, and reporting
  • Architect

    high-performance imaging workflows

    for CT, MR, XA, US, CR, DR
  • Define

    scalability, availability, and disaster recovery strategies

  • Design security, privacy, and compliance architecture

  • Create architecture diagrams, standards, and design documentation

  • Provide architectural governance and technical direction to development teams

Healthcare & Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with

    PACS / RIS / HIS / EMR / medical imaging platforms

  • Strong understanding of clinical imaging workflows

  • Deep knowledge of DICOM standards and imaging life cycle

  • Experience designing systems handling large imaging datasets

  • Understanding of medical data auditability and traceability

Compliance & Regulatory Awareness
  • Knowledge of

    healthcare data privacy and security principles

  • Experience aligning systems with HIPAA / GDPR–style requirements

  • Awareness of regulatory expectations (FDA / CE readiness)

What We Are Looking For
  • Someone who has

    designed PACS or imaging systems before

  • Ability to take

    long-term architectural ownership

  • Strong documentation and decision-making skills

  • Clear understanding of how architecture impacts clinical safety and reliability
