Job Description

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Transformation Solution Architect at the Senior Manager level suited to join the T&O team within the Solution Advisory group. Your role involves providing high touch sales support to Accenture's Talent & Organization practice. You will work closely with a team of specialists dedicated to equipping sales leadership with relevant market insights, customized sales messages, and curated sales assets to effectively originate, sell, and win consulting work. Key Responsibilities: - Support annual planning to outline sales targets, target clients, and enhancement of sales assets. - Conduct ongoing research to identify target companies over the next 6-12 months. - Support sales/pipeline reviews with leaders and prepare for first conversations with potential clients. - Define proposal response requirements and best sales messaging approach. - Bring the latest knowledge and best content to each opportunity, such as industry trends benchmarking and competitive insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions integrating HR systems with other transformation tools. - Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective HR technology solutions. - Support the development of go-to-market approach/assets and maintain a global repository of sales assets. - Mentor and guide junior team members in solution architecture. Qualifications Required: - At least 7+ years tenure at Accenture with a proven record in HR transformation. - Knowledge of HR Strategy, Employee Experience, HR technology, HR AI Strategy, SWP, analytics, and reporting. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills. - Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.,
