You are a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Transformation Solution Architect at the Senior Manager level suited to join our T&O team within the Solution Advisory group. Ideally, you will have a deep understanding of cutting-edge Accenture HR tools and solutions, possibly with hands-on delivery experience. You have experience and understanding of allied T&O domains of Change Management and Learning. As a Solution & Innovation Advisory Senior Manager, you provide high touch sales support to our Accenture Talent & Organization practice. Your work will include but will not be limited to the following: Planning and Origination - Support annual planning to outline sales targets, target clients, and enhancement of sales assets. - Conduct ongoing research to identify which companies to target over the next 6-12 months. - Support sales / pipeline reviews with leaders. - Prepare for and support first conversations with potential clients. You should have at least 7+ years tenure at Accenture with a proven record in HR transformation. As a Welding Procedures Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop welding procedures for Carbon, alloy, stainless, and high tensile steels used in the manufacture of Boilers, Heat Exchangers, and Pressure Vessels in compliance with various national and international codes. Your role will require excellent grasping power and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and third parties, ensuring seamless synergy across all stakeholders. You must possess strong analytical skills to identify root causes in welding processes, with experience in GTAW automation considered an advantage. Familiarity with exotic materials and a range of steel types, such as P1 (C-steel), P3, P4, P5 (Cr-Mo steel), P6, P7, P8 (Martensitic, Ferritic, Austenitic steel), as well as materials like 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 410, Inconel, Duplex, and Super Duplex is preferred. An in-depth knowledge of ASME codes and standards for Pressure Vessels and Boilers (ASME SEC I, SEC II, SEC V III, SEC IX, ASME B31.3) is essential. You should also be well-versed in Weld Plans, PQRs, WPSs, SWPs, Welding Repair procedures, heat treatment, consumables estimation, inventory management, and Non-Destructive Examination methods (LPE, MPE, UE, RE, etc.).
