Solution Advisory T&O (HR Transformation focus) Senior Manager

As a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Transformation Solution Architect at the Senior Manager level, you will join Accenture's T&O team within the Solution Advisory group. Your role will involve providing high touch sales support to the Accenture Talent & Organization practice, which consists of 38,000+ practitioners globally working with 1200+ clients to create transformations by enhancing the relationship between people and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and Originate - Support annual planning by outlining sales targets, target clients, and enhancing sales assets. - Conduct ongoing research to identify target companies over the next 6-12 months. - Support sales and pipeline reviews with leaders. - Prepare for and support initial conversations with potential clients. - Proposals / Orals - Define proposal response requirements and the best sales messaging approach. - Bring the latest industry knowledge and content to each opportunity. - Help shape the overall solution to best fit the deal requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective HR transformation solutions. - Prepare and lead orals with innovative sales approaches to differentiate Accenture. - Content Management / Continuous Improvement - Support the development of go-to-market approaches and assets. - Maintain a global repository of sales assets. - Conduct reviews with client teams to enhance sales strategies and deliverables. - Mentor and guide junior team members in solution architecture. - Stay updated with the latest HR trends and technologies to optimize solutions continuously. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of cutting-edge Accenture HR tools and solutions. - Experience in allied T&O domains of Change Management and Learning. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Previous experience in sales support or advisory roles is preferred.
