*Job Title: SolarWinds Network System Administrator Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3+ Years Industry: IT / Network Operations Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SolarWinds Network System Administrator with 3+ years of experience to manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SolarWinds network monitoring tools. The role involves ensuring optimal network performance, minimizing downtime, and enhancing network security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and manage SolarWinds tools such as NCM, NPM, SAM, and NTA. Perform network discovery and device mapping using SNMP, WMI, ICMP, TCP/IP, etc. Customize alerts, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics. Monitor network traffic, bandwidth, and device health; resolve issues promptly. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Ensure SolarWinds implementation aligns with security best practices. Optimize polling intervals, SNMP settings, and reporting structures. Maintain technical documentation and provide support to IT teams. Required Skills: Strong understanding of SNMP, WMI, TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, and other network protocols. Proven experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting using SolarWinds. Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security configurations.
