Job Description:

GVM Solar is looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Executive with a proven track record in solar sales & marketing. The candidate will be responsible for building strong dealer/distributor networks, driving short-quantity & package sales, and managing HR activities to support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage channel sales network (distributors, dealers, installers).
• Drive sales of solar panels, solar pumps, and packaged solar solutions.
• Execute marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand building.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with management for sales strategy and manpower planning.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in Solar Industry Sales/Marketing (Channel Sales preferred).
• Strong network with dealers, distributors, and EPC players.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle both HR & Marketing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Kolkata / Eastern India (West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam) – must know the local markets.
