Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Channel Sales Executive to drive the growth of our solar division. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our dealer/distributor network and achieving sales targets for solar panels, solar pumps, and packaged solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand channel partners, dealers, and distributors for solar products
• Promote and sell solar panels, solar pumps, and complete solar systems
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and on-ground marketing activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations, dealer meets, and promotional events
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and regular sales feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing/Commerce/Engineering)
• 2–5 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy marketing & sales (mandatory)
• Strong experience in channel sales / dealer development
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about renewables

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹35000– ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
