Position: Solar Plant Operator / Assistant Technician
Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | Fresher-Friendly

What We’re Looking For:

• Young, energetic candidates willing to work hard and learn
• ITI training (electrical, mechanical, fitter, or similar) preferred
• Ability to handle basic machines and production tasks
• Strong work ethic and team spirit
• Willingness to work in shifts if required

Responsibilities:

• Assist in solar panel assembly line and operate machines
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
• Learn and adapt quickly to plant procedures
• Support in packing, testing, or loading operations
