Roles and Responsibilities

1) Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.

2) Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their specific needs.

3) Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our solar solutions.

4) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and post-sales.

5) Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

6) Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

1) Graduation in any field (degrees of business, marketing and renewable energy are preferred but not mandatory)

2) 0-2 years of experience in the relevant field (not mandatory)

3) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4) Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

5) Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive sales attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

1) Salary: 15k - 25k per month

2) Travel and Conveyance Allowances will be provided

3) Continouns exceptional performance will be awarded accordingly
