Job Description

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Explain solar products, benefits, and financial advantages to customers.
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility checks.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and ROI calculations.
  • Follow up with customers and close sales within the given timeline.
  • Maintain and update customer data, lead status, and daily sales reports.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new solar technologies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirement

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (solar industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical details of solar systems.
  • Any Graduation (Technical background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
