Our solar energy generation has an installed capacity of 600KWh across 73 homes powering internal home use as well as exporting to Grid. Lead a team of 5 technical staff (plumbing/electrical/carpentry/etc) to manage the MEP infrastructure of our community. 2. Collaborate with supervisors of other areas in community (Farming, Home Gardening, Dairy, Housekeeping and community kitchen) 3. Follow-up promptly on all MEP tickets filed via MyGate. 4. Inspect and maintain all MEP systems regularly (PPP Process) 5. Generate monthly electrical and water consumption reports. 6. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. 7.
