Technical Sales & Proposal Management • Understand the clients energy needs, roof area, and DISCOM connection type • Coordinate with KGDCs design team for technical proposal, layout, ROI & payback analysis • Conduct client meetings, explain benefits of going solar with KGDC • Handle objections and guide clients through financing, subsidy, or CAPEX/OPEX models C. Solution Positioning & Branding • Build client confidence by highlighting KGDCs project experience, engineering quality, and local presence • Emphasize robust after-sales support and high service standards as a key differentiator D. Job Objective: To develop KGDC non-retail government and institutional business vertical by identifying project opportunities, initiating departmental engagement, coordinating pre-tender and tender documentation, and following up for project closures and execution readiness. Key Responsibilities: Opportunity Mapping & Outreach: Identify potential projects across departments such as Education, Health, Panchayati Raj, PHED, ULBs, Agriculture, and Rural Development. Prepare and submit proactive concept notes, DPRs, and proposals aligned with upcoming government programs. Tender Management: Track tenders on GEM, CPPP, and state portals (e.g., JREDA, OREDA, Health Dept.). Prepare and submit technical and financial bids, ensuring all compliance documents are current and complete. Government Liaison: Conduct regular visits to government offices for proposal submissions, presentations, and document follow-ups. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key officials. Project Execution Support: Post work order, coordinate with vendors for delivery, support inspection and kick-off processes, and assist internal teams with documentation and payment tracking. Candidate Profile: • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
