Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee and support solar installation projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site surveys and shadow analysis for rooftop solar installations
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM), installation presentations, and project documentation
• Supervise on-site installation activities and coordinate with technical teams
• Perform quality audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Assist with meter installation, inverter commissioning, and system activation
• Manage government approvals and documentation workflows
• Communicate project timelines, delays, and updates to stakeholders
• Travel to project sites as needed (daily or inter-city)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in solar or electrical project coordination preferred
• Strong understanding of solar systems, electrical hazards, and installation processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil
• Problem-solving mindset and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
